• Create Annual Performance Reports in accordance with Congressional requirements

• Customize analyses for policy making for U.S. Department of Education

• Customize training curriculum for face-to-face delivery

• Consult on Tableau visualized data designs

• Consult on visual design, usability, and efficacy of data collection tool for 54 States and territories

• Provide ongoing recommendations for policy communication with education community

• Create and deliver customized train the trainer modules throughout the United States

• Create scripted help desk responses to help educators work with new data collection tool.

• Create and Monitor Standard Operating Procedures for monitoring Help Desk interactions with national education communities

• Provide ongoing analysis of technical help requests to make recommendations for training and data collection tool enhancements

• Conduct Listening Sessions and Focus Groups
